Sree Narayana Guru



Sree Narayana Guru (1856-1928) was a spiritual leader and social reformer from Kerala who worked tirelessly to uplift the marginalized and fight against social inequality. He was a key figure in Kerala's social reform movement, advocating for the rights of the oppressed and challenging the rigid caste hierarchy. Guru emphasized the importance of education and self-realization, encouraging people to question outdated traditions and superstitions.

He founded the Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana Yogam (SNDP) to promote social reform and spiritual growth. One of his famous quotes, "One Caste, One Religion, One God," reflects his vision of a harmonious society. Guru's teachings continue to inspire people in Kerala and beyond, promoting social equality, education, and spiritual growth .
